Balingup World Music Concert
The World Music Concert is to be held on Saturday September 16th at the Balingup Town Hall, commencing at 7.30pm. This unique event will feature 40 artists and crew, hailing from countries as diverse as Italy, India, France and West Africa. World Music is distinct from the more traditional music types and this will be an enjoyable learning and listening experience for all who are fortunate enough to attend this unique concert.
In conjunction with this event, a workshop will be held on Friday, September 15th for the Donnybrook/Balingup primary schools. This workshop will involve AKWAABA, an exhilarating West African Rhythm and Dance Group.
