Sunday October 22
The Boyanup and Districts Farmers Market celebrates the return to sunny skies with a return to their traditional market home: the Boyanup Memorial Park complex.
With a bell ring at 8 am, the markets begin trading. Produce on sale includes farm fresh locally grown in season fruit and vegetables, milk fed pork, free range eggs, hydroponic lettuce, fruit leather, a diverse range of plants and seedlings, some delicious jams, sauces, preserves and pickles, cheese, homebaked cakes, wheat , gypsum and much much more. All of the products have been grown or made by the stallholders, who can not only give you tips on how to store your purchases, but often have some great recipes to share.
The market runs from 8 am to 12 noon, and along with the relaxed shopping atmosphere, you can enjoy a refreshing coffee or tea and enjoy the sunshine. For more information, please call Joan on (08) 9731 0306, mobile 0439 310 306 or email farm_market@tpg.com.au
