Brunswick - Agricultural Show

On Saturday 28 October 2006, the south west town of Brunswick hosts the Brunswick Show - the biggest one day show in Australia! 

Over 16,000 people attend the Show each year to enjoy the non-stop entertainment - including street theatre, live music, fashion parades, animal nursery, huge sideshow alley, log chops, horses in action, cattle, sheep, poultry and pigeon judging.  Experience the excitement of a cattle auction or watch working sheep dog demonstrations.  Enjoy wine tasting in the wine tent or just indulge in the many varieties of food on offer. Enjoy the market atmosphere of the outdoor stalls.  The Tom Pearson Pavilion is the place to see the amazing array of flowers, cooking, vegetables, art,  crafts and woodwork which have been entered by children and adults throughout the south west for judging.
Gates open at 6 am for exhibitors and competitiors but the main action starts at 9 am. Entertainment continues throughout the day and culminates in a fantastic fireworks display at 8 pm.

Pensioners: $8
Children $6

No dogs are permitted on the Showgrounds on Show Day, with the exception of guide and hearing dogs.  Apply to the Secretary for exceptions.
