Byford

Byford is ideally situated only a half-hour’s drive from Perth right on the Harvest Highway.  Set at the foot of the scarp, Byford offers some stunning scenery and some natural attractions that may not be obvious to the traveller. 

You are strongly advised to stay awhile and explore some of the roads and drives in the area- here you will stumble across some lovely parks, some unexpected forests and picturesque waterways.

Byford also has some interesting shops and buildings to explore- art and craft galleries nestle alongside tea rooms and cafes.

Ask the locals about Byford’s rich history- there are some tales to be told!!

Byford is also home to a number of stables and horses are a favoured means of recreation in this area.  Check out some of the bridle trails in the area.

So, bring your picnic basket and come explore Byford- where the country meets the city.
