Capel

Capel is traditional dairy country, but with dairy deregulation, many farmers are changing g their traditional product base and we are seeing the advent of different types of farming, with delicious results for the consumer.

The area is home to a growing wine industry , in addition to a local cidery, taking advantage of the abundance of apples in the region.
